Life without a Life
Life without a Life
By: Adam M. Snow
A feeling expressed without even a word,
A word without a voice spoken.
A heart without a beating of life,
Or a life without a feeling of bliss.
What of a weary somber?
But a life without a life.

Writer's Block
I am lost without inspiration;
I cannot think my thoughts are empty.
A sudden expectation
of words I cannot see.
I try that I must but I cannot write;
the ink in my hand, an outspoken sanity.
No inspiration, not of the night;
I am lost to insanity.

By His Blood of Life be Given
By His Blood of Life be Given
By: Adam M. Snow
The moon shed it's light to past,
echoes the lore of time surpassed;
spoken of that of a tongue be-muted,
by the likes of life disputed.
By the likes of life worth given,
by His blood of life be given.

I Am Love's Profound Lost Love
I am love's profound lost love,
I fade each night away.
I have gained nothing yet lost all,
grasping the perpetual sway.
But woe as sorrow did covers me,
I kneeled before thee humbled and lost.
I gave unto thee a blood soaked quill,
and a text of a tragic play.

Lost in Darkness
Lost in Darkness
By: Adam M. Snow
I thought that I am, but I am no more,
I am that which is lost, and many more.
Being the one, the one of false name,
I long for that whom be the same.
I long for that in stillness night,
that carries away in outstretched light.

Endless Dream
Endless Dream
By: Adam M. Snow
For I to dream an endless dream,
of beauty, wonders and grace,
for us to ride the moonlight beam,
and I to look gracefully at your face.
To be free from this world of flaw,
free to go to a world on high,
no more hatred of maw,
and all our fears must die.

The Lighthouse Keeper
I wait eternity upon this shore,
crying out my heart and soul evermore.
I watch thee sail beyond the horizon;
I sit here waiting, rot and wizen.
I light thee way through a fog draped night;
you sailed on blind without a sight.
I wait here in this tall light tower,
until the day death brings my hour.

Why
Why
By: Adam M. Snow
What have you done! ?
Another scar carved into your flesh,
The feelings of lost and betrayal haunts you,
You lay now in a pool of red,
Your life is gone, you're now dead.
What have you done! ?
Your flesh is cold,
Not a life in you,
Not a memory to hold.
What have you done! ?

The Bearer of False Smile
The Bearer of False Smile
By: Adam M. Snow
Ye humble thyself upon thy altar,
Calling upon thy bearer of false smile;
Lest be known thy truth are lies,
Yet oneself ye defile.
But one day ye would lose thyself,
And thyself would lose thy heart;
And by the month of twelfth be told,
The wake which lies apart.

As Soulless as My Heart
As Soulless as My Heart
By: Adam M. Snow
Twinkle are the stars above me,
But they fade at my sight.
I've walked this road of death before,
But the feelings even heavier upon me.
I fornicate my sins betrothed,
I've tarnished my convalescence;
I be without seeing, as I cursed my essence,
As I curse my heart to death.
