Abdul Wahab

What Does Death Check?

Aging pushes you in haste
To munch memories
Sweet of what you had,
And Sour what you did not get,
Tick by tick and moment by moment
Brings you nearer to death
Uncertain, dark, unknown the best,
The most suitable means to check the beast,
In you, and teaches the meaning,
Of love, life and the state of being alive
Creates an urge to reproduce
The copy of you and it is too humble
And full of grace, High and low level all
Close your eyes for a moment
And think that there is no death,
What's the feeling you get?
Is it giving the meaning,
To all things small or big including death?

Key

Key (popular poetry, however, suggestions invited)

I am the owner of a wonderful flower
In between colourful petals
Lies sweet honey
Over following
I just need a
Spark
But you hold on with the ignition key

I am the owner of a mysterious box
Inside it lies golden treasure
Wealth of seven Kings
Joy and pleasure
Locked
You need just to open with your master key

A river with hidden current flowing in my house
Waiting for you with love and peace
Wide open

Heart In Thousand Colours

If the burden of life is too much
And can't bear the pressure
It doesn't falter to write a letter to express
Through our two bright eyes with hundred photographs
If the heart is overwhelmed with love or grief
And do not find words tears tell thousands in brief.

If your life is a beauty
Your heart must have a rainbow
Not in seven but in thousand colors
Now and then burst into thousand flowers
You can't put one up
And the other down.
Every hue has its own significance
Every flower has its own importance
Every note and beat for the music of life
For the garland, the flower and the leaf.

Birth of death

Birth of death
(Stream of consciousness poetry)

This is a well thinking thought
How to control
A robot
Before inventing,
How do you cherish
The success of poetry
Before composing,
This is a well thinking thought
Of the immortality
To give the meaning
The state of being
As the creator
Can not create
The enemy of
Immortality,
Which He Himself is,
Death

Love flue

Love flue

Rivers flow winds blow
Upon the soil, high and low

But she drenches
Her dress and swollen her eyes

Wind dries her face

She is restless
Suffering from a disease

She opens her eyes
Sees the big stars and cry

She looks her palms
And murmurs something and parts her lips

Believe me

Collocation and intonation (popular poetry)

Imperialist hangover…

Father says
Who knows English
Is the best

I am fluent in English
But intonation is rubbish
So I leave the job
Of awkward commentary

I start to write
Though grammar is correct
Collocation comes in my way
I stop altogether composing
Awful documentary

Collocation and intonation
I send them both
To the burning station

breaking Of The Covalent Bond

I
Had seen
The union unique
Melting completely like a lead
A spirit full of glass half is you half is me
We drank together to be one and blotting out being two
Blowing out independent existence making a covalent bond

We were one minstrel singing song sweet in alleys and street
A sound boom bang we misunderstood, no more I sing
A bone in the throat and forget the rhythm and tune
Now I am a poet of pain and melancholy I drink
But sorrow, live but without soul, half you
Snatched and half with me Dead I see
Dream but breaking sound
Of cracking sea making
A wave tumultuous
Threatening
Me to tear
Apart.

Plagiarist

Plagiarist

I stand at the corner
of the grave yard
Under the cover
of the pitch dark
Wait like a vulture
For the opportunity of
People's going out,
I covertly take out
The organs of good taste
From the dead body
And start to build
A new body
A new poem
I continue to steal
The flesh
The bone
The blood
The skin

What a pair of beautifull lips!

What a pair of beautiful lips!
Full of sap, tight and deeps
Specially the lower ones,
And runs in between
A curve line very thin and fine,
A prominent and very artistic
Statistic mystic and fantastic,
With bright red small lines
Spread as the branches of veins
As clear as mountain snow pristine
A pack of honey a bottle of wine,
A legume of an orange a swollen pod
A plum, a hanging grape, a dripping drop.
I was a fool, a buffoon suddenly taken aback,
My mind and eyes played with me a nasty trick
It was neither a beautiful pair nor a single lip,
But of a beautiful tree a beautiful leaf.

The Song Of Life

Life is a song,
Life is a poem.
Be happy in delirium doom,
Laugh loudly even in gloom.
Life is a sunlight
Life is a cloud,
Hide and seek,
Unbound sailing in the deep.

Life is a sky
- An open mind,
--High and wide,
Profound pleasure even in the uneven glide.

Life is a market,
Some will buy some will sell
Some will lose some will gain.

You may lose today
